How does a customer submit a pickup or moving request, and where do requests come from?
  • The customer fills in the “Send pickup or moving request” form.
  • pickup or moving requests come from local customers via the form.
  • The request is delivered to the pickup or moving service immediately.
  • The form asks the customer for all essential details needed for the pickup.
  • The pickup or moving service receives these details so agreeing on the pickupis easy.
  • When a request arrives, the pickup or moving service contacts the customer.
  • The pickup or moving service agrees the price and practical details with thecustomer (time, execution, etc.).
  • fi does not take any share of the agreed price and is not aware ofthe price.
  • The pickup is “confirmed” when the customer and the pickup or movingservice agree on it directly with each other.
  • For customers, Pikanouto.fi is free to use.
  • For pickup and moving service providers, joining is free, but activation ischarged.
  • The activation fee is less than the average fee for picking up a single washingmachine.
  • The fee is used to maintain and improve Pikanouto.fi’s Google-optimizedvisibility, which brings new customer requests (leads).
  • The pickup or moving service activates the service electronically by paying theactivation fee.
  • The service becomes active immediately after the activation fee is paid.
  • We do not track completed pickups or moves or collect data about them — thepickup is agreed and carried out directly between the customer and the pickup or moving service provider.

Pikanouto.fi is not a party to the agreement between the customer and the service provider and does not manage or assume responsibility for their communication, pricing, scheduling, or any other pickup- or moving-related terms.
